1. You request a GOLD SET containing your pre-paid, fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope.
  2. You put your unwanted items of gold jewellery into the envelope and mail it back to us totally free of charge and fully insured (up to £2500). If you have several items and feel that this limit would be exceeded we would suggest mailing a further envelope.
  3. Take the package to the Post Office who will provide you with a confirmation slip and guarantee delivery to us by 13.00 hours the next working day.
  4. The package can be tracked online by visiting www.royalmail.com or by calling 0845 7740 740.
  5. Once we receive the package we will determine the purity of the gold or other precious metals, if they are a gem set - the quality of the stones, and the weight of the gold.
  6. The prices we pay do not reflect the retail prices. They reflect the price of gold in the items. We pay by the weight - the more the valuable content of the item weighs, the more we pay. We offer some of the best gold prices nationwide and the price we offer will be based on the daily Bullion Market Fixings the day the package is received by ourselves.
  7. Once we have ascertained the value of your unwanted items you will be contacted with our offer.
  8. If you accept our offer a cheque will be posted out by first class post. If the offer is declined then your items will be returned, fully insured.
